DENVER, CO— Bruz Beers, crafter of Badass Belgian Beers and international beer tour guides, will debut its new short film Let’s Get Lost on January 15 at its original location. This documentary-style production follows Ryan Evans on a sensory beer journey through Bruges, Belgium.

“Sometimes the magic of travel for me is just getting lost,” says Evans, Bruz Beers Co-Founder, who fell in love with Belgian beer while backpacking through Europe in college. This affinity for beer travel inspired the now acclaimed Bruz Beers and the annual beer tours he leads in Belgium.

Evans and Christopher Austin of Austin Studio Denver created Let’s Get Lost on their 2025 pilgrimage at multiple locations in Bruges. “Here I am in one of my favorite towns in this country, bringing friends, bringing family, bringing customers back to show them a piece of what grabbed my heart and soul back in the day,” Evans says in the film’s introduction.

Get a first look at Let’s Get Lost on Thursday, January 15, from 6 to 8 pm at Bruz Beers in Denver’s Midtown neighborhood. Guests can enjoy an array of Bruz’s Belgian-style beers on tap before the film screening, with Q&A and mingling with the Bruz team to follow. Both Evans and Austin, as well as other team members, will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Documentary Film BEER! A Love Story To Support Water Conservation As Beer’s Most Important Ingredient

Now through April 25, RadCraft will donate $1 from each rental the documentary BEER! A Love Story to Protect Our Rivers.

DURANGO, CO— This April, RadCraft is proud to support healthy rivers in partnership with BEER! A Love Story. Now through April 25, RadCraft will donate $1 from each rental of this sensational documentary about craft beer to Protect Our Rivers.

Like rivers, breweries tend to be a source of culture and community. They also consume a great deal of water for which RadCraft makes a point to acknowledge in its philanthropic efforts. RadCraft’s work and our passion is rooted in the elements, one reason we were drawn to filmmaker Friedrich Moser. His close connection with nature shines in BEER! A Love Story, which captures the raw beauty of barley fields in rural Italy, Austrian and Northwest hop farms, and beyond. He ventures across landscapes, cultures, countries, and languages through subtitles in this both realistic and romantic movie.

BEER! A Love Story debuted earlier this year. This independently funded, 4K full-length feature documentary weaves together the stories of more than 30 international characters who speak the universal language of beer. Rent it here and learn more at beermovie.org.

Meet protagonists and filmmaker Moser on Earth Day, Thursday April 22 for a live virtual panel and movie preview. Participants at this free event can interact with the cast and view scenes in the film. More information to follow.

LYONS, COLORADO—  HerzMuses Enterprises presents the global digital premiere of BEER! A Love Story, a Blue + Green Communication and Storyhouse production. This independently funded, 4K full-length feature documentary debuts today through an exclusive partnership with Untappd through February 28.

BEER! A Love Story was produced by Director Friedrich Moser and Maarten Schmidt. Moser, who directed the Oliver Stone-backed A Good American among many other documentary films, now brings his filmmaking prowess to featuring craft beer. This film weaves together the stories of 30 international protagonists across multiple countries who speak the universal language of beer, the world’s most consumed fermented beverage.

“We wanted this film to bridge the gap between Europe and America, and to show the panorama of beer styles now replicated across the globe,” Moser says. “For any foodie, movie buff, and beer or beverage fan this is a must-watch film.”

In BEER! A Love Story, Moser profiles a cast of U.S.-based craft beer personalities including Peter Bouckaert, Steve Hindy, Julia Herz, Greg Engert, European namesakes such as Rodenbach, Orval and Stiegl, and small, breakout brewers like Bierol in Austria and Cloudwater in Manchester, UK.

From January 21 through February 28, Untappd users can exclusively rent and download the film. “We are thrilled to play a part in bringing this film to our global community of beer lovers”, said Trace Smith, CEO of Next Glass, parent company of Untappd. “Untappd has always been about beer bringing people together, and that theme is at the heart of this film.”
